Summer temperatures are here and staying hydrated is vital. I understand that staying hydrated during those hot and humid days can feel overwhelming, especially when you are trying to drink more than the recommended 64 ounces.
It can become boring after a while, but listen to your body to prevent dehydration, and find ways to make hydration enjoyable!
So, pump up the water volume with a few different low-to-no-calorie refreshing drinks. You don’t need to worry about added sugar or artificial sweeteners, as the natural flavor of the fruit provides all the sweetness you need.
It’s important to remember that drinking water with fresh vegetables does have a shelf life. Make sure to change your drinking water regularly to keep it fresh and enjoyable. Your health and hydration do matter, especially during the summer!
