To make hydration more enjoyable, try incorporating a variety of low- or no-calorie refreshing drinks. And do not worry about added sugars or artificial sweeteners, as the natural flavors of the fruit will provide all the sweetness you need.
Watermelon Cucumber Mint
This drink is an Ultimate electrolyte-style refreshment.
1 gallon of water
2 cups of ice
1/2 sliced cucumber – cut into small slices
1 cup of cubed watermelon
5 torn mint leaves
Blackberry Peach
This drink will deliver a sweet, antioxidant-rich punch.
1 gallon of water
2 cups of ice
1/2 cup of fresh blackberries
1 sliced ripe peach
Orange Mint Classic Citrus
