Scary Halloween AMRAP Circuit

You can perform this circuit program in various formats that best fit your fitness level or goal.

  • Perform the cardio for 60 seconds.

  • Perform bodyweight exercise for 31 seconds. (do as many reps as possible)

  • Choose block 1 or 2, and repeat.

  • Scary Dare} fuse 1 & 2 and repeat 2 times.

You can perform this circuit program in various formats that best fit your fitness level or goal.

  • Perform each bodyweight exercise block in order or mix/match.

  • 15 seconds rest between each block.

  • Rest for 2 minutes before repeating blocks.

You can perform this circuit program in various formats that best fit your fitness level or goal.

  • You can add the entire circuit in between your cardio workout.

  • Break it down into 3 segments every 2-3 minutes of cardio.

  • Complete the circuit 1 to 2 times.

Pumpkin Pie & Pumpin' Iron Turkey Trauma Circuit

You can perform this circuit program in various formats that best fit your fitness level or goal. The purpose is to maintain activity during the holiday season.

  • Perform each exercise for 1 minute.

  • Rest for 15 seconds between each block.

  • For a higher-intensity repeat circuit 2 to 3 times.
